Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it to us for a fully refund Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked or returned in person within 90 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt to receive a full refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Lumber and other items that do not have tags or labels must be returned in the original form that it was purchased. If an item is returned after 90 days or without an original purchase receipt, we may at our discretion choose to provide a refund or store credit at the lowest price for the item over the past 12 months.
Upon receipt of your item, you must inspect the items and make any claim for shortages, damage, or nonconformity within 24 hours.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of puprchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
If you are in our local area, we can pickup your return for a $25 or 10% of the returned merchandise, whichever is greater. Returns made in person will not incur any restocking fees.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any clearace, closeout, or discontinnued products
- Downgrade lumber
- Damaged items where said damage was disclosed before the sale.
- Modified products (cut, nails, holes, dirty etc).

Returns of specially ordered, not stocked items are subject to the manufacturer return policy. If a manufacturer allows the return of a special order item, you may return it for a full refund, minus any manufacturer restock fee, and an additional 10% restock fee.
