4. Increase Home Value: If placing your house on the market, you repossess about 90% of the total roofing cost through home value. Also, the whole house can be worth up to 6% more when covered by standing seam metal roofing versus asphalt shingles. 
5. Variety of Aesthetic Color Choices: Standing seam metal roofing has access to the PVDF paint system. When buying a roof that can last a lifetime, you need a paint that can do the same. This paint fades at a slow rate and has endless options to choose from. 
6. Low Maintenance: Because the fasteners are concealed and aren’t exposed to the weather, standing seam panels require much less maintenance than any other roof. 
7. Suitable for Every Slope:  This system can be installed on a roof with a minimum pitch of 0.5” in 12”.
